Bleams Medical Centre

When Bleams Medical Centre was just an empty shell, I led the entire process of transforming it into a fully operational family medicine clinic. From initial design to opening day — and beyond — I managed every aspect of building and running the centre.

This included overseeing the complete interior construction and clinic setup, working closely with contractors, architects, and vendors to create a functional, patient-centered environment. I handled all operational startup needs: securing equipment and supplies, implementing EMR systems (Telus PS Suite), developing patient communication processes, and recruiting and training administrative staff.

Once operational, I managed the day-to-day operations — staffing, scheduling, billing, patient intake, compliance, vendor management, and physician support — ensuring the clinic maintained high service standards while optimizing efficiency.

Through strategic management and continuous improvement, Bleams Medical Centre grew rapidly, serving a growing roster of patients while maintaining smooth clinical and administrative operations.

This project solidified my commitment to helping physicians focus on patient care while providing the operational backbone needed for sustainable practice success.
